A popular summer spot for residents of Copenhagen and the surrounding area, Svanemøllen is a picturesque beach destination located just north of Denmark’s capital. Along the main seaside road is Beach Promenade, a residential complex designed to take full advantage of its prime location.

The complex contains 42 apartments in various styles including three-storey townhouses, and patrician villas converted to house modern duplex, floor-through and penthouse apartments.

The Beach Promenade homes have views up the coast, to the sailing and rowing clubs in the Svanemøllen Harbour, and down to the Copenhagen skyline to the south.

Light, exclusive materials that reference the historic expression of the northern coastal region are used throughout the project.

The elegant balconies combine sweeping views with abundant daylight in each unit.
