SHL pre-qualified for the urban development framework for the area around Svanemølleværket

SHL is among the five pre-qualified teams participating in the project competition for a new urban development framework for Kulpladsen and the area around Svanemølleværket in Copenhagen.

A commercial building with outward-facing ground floor levels, a technical facility that will replace the current facility inside Svanemølleværket, and an urban space will come together to form a new destination in the city, where existing qualities - the maritime environment and traces of the industrial past – will be preserved and seamlessly integrated in the plan for the area.
