Internship programme
Our internship programme, SHL Learn, extends this culture of learning and collaboration to the next generation of professionals. We welcome both architecture and architectural technology interns for a period of February to June or August to January, offering a structured introduction to professional practice within our studios.
As an intern at SHL, you become part of the team from day one. You will contribute to ongoing projects across different phases, working closely with experienced colleagues and gaining hands-on insight into our analytical and collaborative design process. Alongside project work, interns participate in dedicated Learning Sessions led by SHL specialists, as well as thematic modules and study trips. These activities provide deeper insight into our practice and support the transition from education to professional life.
The recruitment process is competency-based and handled with discretion and confidentiality. We exclusively accept applications via our recruitment system, including unsolicited applications.
We value diversity and encourage interested applicants to apply regardless of personal background.
