Pakhus 47 nominated for Renoverprisen 2025

The historic storehouse Pakhus 47 in Nordhavn has undergone a careful transformation into modern office facilities that honour the building’s original character. The project preserves the warehouse’s unique industrial expression while integrating contemporary functionality, high comfort, and effective energy improvements.

The Renoverpris is presented by the Landowners’ Investment Foundation and the philanthropic association Realdania to celebrate outstanding renovation projects and to raise awareness and recognition of renovation as a discipline.

The nomination is seen as a significant acknowledgement of the importance of preserving cultural heritage through sensitive and ambitious renovation efforts. Sincere thanks go to the Renoverprisen and to all involved partners and collaborators for their strong and inspiring cooperation.

In 2024, Pakhus 47 was awarded "Building of the Year".
