schmidt hammer lassen architects is shortlisted along with seven other UK firms:
BDP, Dyer, Faulkner Brown Architects, FCB Studios, Grimshaw Architects, Nicolas Hare Architects and Wilkinson Eyre Architects. It is a two-stage design competition and it is anticipated that the winning architect will be appointed in January 2009.
