The competition to design Urban Mediaspace and New Central Urban Waterfront is one of the biggest architectural competitions in Denmark ever. We are therefore very honoured that the committee decided to shortlist our project.
In addition to schmidt hammer lassen architects the project team includes Arkitekt Kristine Jensens tegnestue ApS, Bosch & Fjord ApS, Alectica A/S and the library consultants Henrik Jochumsen and Casper Hvenegaard Rasmussen.
Two other teams with participation of Arkitema K/S and Mecanoo Architecten have been shortlisted. The three teams participate in the competition until 2009, where the confidential proposals will be presented. Consequently, publishing and exhibiting the proposals will not be possible until after a final winner has been selected.
