Schmidt Hammer Lassen - SHL
One project is a 20,000 square metres large office building next to the Spiegel and the IBM skyscrapers. It is situated in the very attractive north-eastern part of Hamburger Altstadt.
The other competition invitation is for a conference and seminar centre belonging to the technical university RWTH Aachen (Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen). The € 80 million building will be 12,000 square metres and it will comprise a conference hall with 1,800 seats, 11 other auditoriums, 18 course rooms and 800 square metres of office space.
