From the start, the focus has been on creating a green development. The large atrium is covered with a lightweight, transparent construction made of the material Foiltech. Foiltech has the property of admitting daylight and the aural image of the city into the atrium, thereby creating a sense of close contact with the surrounding world.
The construction of Amazon Court is in progress, and it is expected to be completed this year. schmidt hammer lassen architects has also been commended for The Gardens in Jelling. The Gardens in Jelling have been laid out in collaboration with the landscape architect Kristine Jensen and Ejendomsselskabet Haverne ApS. The project is now under construction.
